1. Delivery Timelines

    • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

    • Sale Events: During high-volume sale periods, please allow 4 to 7 working days for delivery.

    • Processing: Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or gazetted holidays will be processed on the following business day.

    • Verification: Please note that orders may experience brief delays during peak times or if additional information is required for verification.

2. Shipping Costs & Destinations

    • Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping to our customers on all orders.

    • Delivery Locations: Orders can be delivered to residential addresses, places of employment, or designated drop locations.

    • Restrictions: Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

3. Tracking & Couriers

    • Order Tracking: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details and the assigned courier information.

    • Courier Selection: The specific courier service is determined based on the delivery region and shipping method to ensure the fastest service.

    • Missed Delivery: If you are not available at the time of delivery, please contact the courier company directly using the provided tracking info to reschedule.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policies

    • Payment Collection: Payments for COD orders will be collected directly at the provided shipping address.

    • COD Limit: The maximum limit for Cash on Delivery is Rs. 10,000.

    • Advance Payments: Any orders exceeding Rs. 10,000 must be paid in advance via bank transfer. Our team will contact you with account details upon order placement.

5. Order Verification & Cancellation

    • Verification Process: For COD orders, we perform a verification process involving up to two confirmation calls. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be automatically cancelled.

    • Customer Cancellations: Customers may cancel an order at any time before it is finalized and dispatched.

    • Company Rights: MODURA reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

      • Out-of-stock merchandise.

      • Incorrect or unreachable contact information.

      • Technical difficulties or failed fraud status checks.
