EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At MODURA, we take pride in the quality of our signature Capeshawls and upcoming Denim collections. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges below:

1. Final Sale & Refund Policy

    • All sales are final.

    • We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

2. Exchange Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

    • Items must be returned in their complete original packaging.

    • Products must be in original condition: unused, unaltered, and undamaged.

    • Items that show signs of use or mistreatment will not be accepted for exchange.

3. Damaged Items

    • If you receive a damaged item, a claim must be submitted within three (3) days of delivery.

    • For online purchases, any damage must be reported via our official contact channels within this 3-day window to be valid.

4. Promotional & Sale Items

    • No exchanges are permitted for products purchased during a promotion or special sale event.

    • In the event of a price markdown during a sales campaign, items may only be exchanged at the new, marked-down price value.

    • Please allow up to two (2) weeks for our team to finalize and process swaps or claims.
