All sales are final.
We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
Items must be returned in their complete original packaging.
Products must be in original condition: unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
Items that show signs of use or mistreatment will not be accepted for exchange.
If you receive a damaged item, a claim must be submitted within three (3) days of delivery.
For online purchases, any damage must be reported via our official contact channels within this 3-day window to be valid.
No exchanges are permitted for products purchased during a promotion or special sale event.
In the event of a price markdown during a sales campaign, items may only be exchanged at the new, marked-down price value.
